Challenge: Client was operating 7 pumps on the pump station and required an assessment on the pump station supporting structure which was experiencing high level of vibration.

Solution: Vibration assessment on the pump station supporting structure was performed via the following steps:
- Reviewing the natural frequencies of the structure
- Applying the known live loads at a range of excitation frequencies
- Review of the harmonic response of the system when subjected to these loads
- Comparing the response of the existing and the proposed modified structures.
